We are also affiliated with GATE Title Company, a full-service title agency, handling loan and cash closings through the Beaches. We also feature our sister company, Stockton Real Estate, which represents over 400 long and short term rentals, to include oceanfront properties, homes, townhomes and condominium. Our parent company,  Gate Petroleum, acquired Ponte Vedra Club Realty in 1983. They also acquired two of Jacksonville’s prestigious private clubs in Epping Forrest Yacht Club, and The River Club to add to our diverse family.
