Scott Williams
Scott Williams joined Ponte Vedra Club Realty as its Broker in 2002, after relocating to Ponte Vedra Beach from New England in 2001. He was first licensed in 1975, and received his Broker’s license the following year. He was a top producer for many years, having participated in over 1,000 transactions during his career as an agent. He owned and operated his own real estate firm, and subsequently became a general contractor, designing and building high-end custom homes before moving to Florida. Gypsy Alexander
A native tar heel, Gypsy Alexander studied at UNC Chapel Hill & moved to the beaches in 1970 , raising her children and starting her real estate career. She moved to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1981 to work for Stockton Realty Group as a Broker-Associate, then sales manager & later marketing director.
