My husband and I were introduced to Patti Armstrong at an open house she was holding at our friend’s condominium in Jacksonville Beach. Friend Ed Grim knew we were considering spending more time in Ponte Vedra to be nearer our sons though we were living at Amelia Island Plantation. Patti was an instant personality match and comfortable fit for us, and we began an extended search.
Though we’d spent many years in Clay and Nassau Counties we knew little about Ponte Vedra so the search involved ‘learning’ many of the potential neighborhoods. In addition, our early goal was to purchase a ‘weekend’ getaway. Months later we’d come around to wanting to actually move to PVB. Patti remained determined and patient throughout the transition. Patti was always a pleasure to communicate with. She was quick to get back to any request or question. She found answers.
As a client we had to be frustrating, but there was never any sign of that from Patti. She was eternally thoughtful, probing and encouraging. She ‘got us’ very well and continued to move the process forward even when we stalled out of frustration. It was clear from her relationship with other realtors as we viewed houses that Patti is well respected in the real estate world.
Once our deal was firm Patti moved us into the realities of contractors and the many helpers it takes to actually begin to live in our home. We seem to be happier day by day with our choice, and a recent highlight was hosting Patti, Dan, and our co-friend Ed in our home last weekend.
I highly recommend Patti Armstrong to fortunate future buyers.
